Business Intelligence Advisors (BIA) is seeking a hands-on software developer to focus on user-interface and automated internal work-flow aspects of our proprietary technology. This includes maintaining an interface that presents a range of relevant information to our analysts and maximizes their ability to quickly navigate a database of corporate disclosures. In addition, BIA maintains a research center which serves as the delivery vehicle of our research products to our institutional investor client base. Finally, BIA offers data products which represent the automated application of our behavior assessment methodology. The Software Engineer supports the production and delivery of these data-driven products, including potential enhancements and variations to our current product offering

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintain user-interface of proprietary technology for internal and external clients
- Support production and delivery of automated data files to clients
- Write code to meet user specifications
- Troubleshoot issues
- Provide input to functional design and testing
- Help to manage software release schedules
- Apply solid software development standards including release documentation, version control and source control
